This product covers a frequency range from 5kHz to 3GHz, 6GHz, 12GHz, 24GHz, 40GHz, 45GHz and 67GHz, with frequency resolution as low as 0.001Hz. It supports narrow pulse modulation, minimum pulse width is 20ns.
