Sinolink Technologies SLFS-Pro series ultra-low phase noise microwave signal generator is a high-performance signal generator featuring ultra-low phase noise and high power output. This product covers a frequency range from 5kHz to 3GHz, 6GHz, 12GHz, 24GHz, 40GHz, 45GHz and 67GHz, with frequency resolution as low as 0.001Hz. It supports narrow pulse modulation, minimum pulse width is 20ns. Featuring an industry-leading ultra-low phase noise:<-132dBc/Hz (@10GHz, 10kHz offset, typ), the product is suitable for applications that require extremely pure RF signals and can excellently fulfil the test demand of component, module, and system in semiconductor,commercial space, wireless communications and so on.
